He specializes in IT/OT security integration, Zero Trust, and cybersecurity architecture for critical infrastructure, with deep expertise in SCADA, DCS, and EMS systems. Jon has led enterprise-wide strategies aligning with ISO 27001,NERC CIP, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, and global compliance mandates, while driving cloud modernization and AI adoption. Trusted by executive leadership, he has delivered measurable business impact, including improved resilience, reduced cyber insurance costs, and elevated security ratings. Jon holds a CISSP certification and a Master’s in Security Management.

Jacob Revord is an accomplished Security and Awareness Leader with over 13 years’ experience developing, delivering and implementing world-class Training and Awareness programs. Jacob believe in a hybrid approach to learning, combining characteristics from all learning methodologies. His experience developing both military and civilian Training and Awareness Programs has taught him that there is never one right answer and, quite often, a multitude of solutions must be developed to address one problem. Being prepared to constantly evolve and offer new and impactful awareness is the key to staying relevant with your audience.

Amjed Saffarini is a Chief Executive Officer and board member in education and cybersecurity firms and board level experience with risk and governance. He has professional experience in founding cyber, financial services, and education companies and leading growth teams, transformation and turnaround of troubled ones and M&A. Furthermore, Amjed's industry experience spans cybersecurity, edtech, online education, and workforce development; alongside functional experience in product development, marketing and brand management, GM/P&L management, and heading executive shared service functions.
