CEO and Co-founder
Ashley founded Living Security on a simple conviction: empowering people is the best path to lasting behavior change and breach prevention. She has led the company from in-person training to an AI-native platform and guided it to a Leader position in the Forrester Wave.

Co-founder
Drew co-founded Living Security with Ashley and shaped its human-centric approach. Before founding the company he built and ran security programs in the public and private sectors, and he brought behavioral science and game design to measuring and reducing enterprise risk.
VP of Engineering
Matt leads engineering at Living Security. He led the company’s AI-native transformation: the move to the AI-native Human Risk Management platform, with Livvy at its center.
VP of Sales
Mark is one of the pioneers of human risk management. He has spent more than five years driving growth at Living Security and leading change in the human risk management market, and he builds the go-to-market team that brings it to enterprise security leaders.
Director of Data Science, Engineering
Chris has spent more than a decade turning user behavior data into a clear picture of human risk. He began at RedOwl and continued through its time as Forcepoint UEBA, leading the team that built its core analytics. Today he leads data science at Living Security, shaping the models behind the platform’s risk insights.

Crystal leads marketing at Living Security. She writes the company’s guidance on human risk, from phishing and insider threat to vulnerability management, and runs the programs that bring it to security teams.
