About Living Security
Security that startswith people.
We began with an in-person cyber escape room. Today we build the AI-native Human Risk Management platform that finds the people, and the AI agents, behind most of your risk and helps you act before it becomes an incident.

Our story
From escape roomsto AI-native.
From the weakest link to the strongest defense has been our mission since 2017.
Ashley and Drew Rose founded Living Security in 2017 with one aim: move security training from checking a box to changing behavior. Their first product was a cyber escape room, where a team solves a breach together, in person. In 2018 it went online as CyberEscape Online.
Engagement was the start. The bigger question was which people, and which behaviors, actually create risk. So the company moved into human risk management and data-driven risk scoring. In 2024 Forrester named Living Security a Leader in the Forrester Wave for Human Risk Management.
In 2026 we launched the AI-native Living Security Platform. Livvy, our AI security analyst, finds the few people and AI agents behind most of the risk, explains why, and recommends the next step. A person approves, playbooks act, and the results prove the risk went down.
