Introducing the next generation of Human Risk Management for incident reduction

Kelly Harward + Mike Siegel · Living Security

A first look at new platform capabilities for identifying, prioritizing and reducing workforce risk across modern attack surfaces.

Define your program: naming your enemy, the incident, before you build

Scott L. Miller · Navy Federal · Taylor Lindell · Edna Conway · EMC Advisors

Three leaders on defining the measurable outcome first — the specific incident you intend to prevent — then building the program backwards from it.

Beyond behavior: the cognitive layer of human risk

Sumona Banerji · MindShield

What sits underneath observable behavior: the cognitive signals that explain why the workforce decides what it decides.

Getting buy-in: building the business case for Human Risk Management

Damon DePaolo · CVS Health

How a Fortune 5 security team funded and scaled HRM — the framing that worked with executives, and the numbers that carried it.

Operationalizing HRM: orchestrating your security stack to reduce real incidents

Genady Vishnevetsky · Stewart Title

Connecting human risk signals to the controls that already exist — SIEM, DLP, identity — so insight turns into automatic action.

Phishing-resistant by design: where identity ends, behavior begins

Ashley Atiles + Alfonso Mancuso · Labcorp

Labcorp on pairing phishing-resistant authentication with behavioral intelligence, and targeting interventions at the people the data points to.

Start where you are: building a Human Risk Management program before the data is perfect

Jennifer Miller · Bayer

You do not need a finished data environment to start reducing risk. What to launch first, and what to leave for later.

Co-designing secure work: how security teams can lead workflow redesign

Aaron Pritz + Jim Wailes · Reveal Risk

Redesigning the work itself so the secure path is the easy path — and security sits with the business rather than behind it.

Looking ahead to 2030: autonomous prevention, human accountability

Matthew Rosenquist · Cybersecurity Insights

A future where prevention tunes itself — and accountability still has to be assigned to a person. What to prepare for now.

What is Human Risk Management?

Human Risk Management (HRM) identifies, measures and reduces the cyber risk created by your workforce — now including AI agents. It combines behavioral, identity and threat intelligence to predict risk, guide response and prevent incidents, and it is judged on incident reduction rather than training completion.
