Questions

Compliance training, answered.

Which compliance frameworks do you support?

Our training maps to the security awareness requirements of PCI DSS (Requirement 12.6, including 12.6.3.1 on phishing and social engineering), the HIPAA Security Rule (45 CFR 164.308(a)(5)), NIST SP 800-53 (AT-2 and AT-3) and NIST CSF 2.0 (PR.AT), SOC 2, CMMC 2.0 Level 2 and FedRAMP. Our content and evidence also support ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, NIS2, DORA and NYDFS Part 500 training obligations. Your auditor decides what your program needs; we help you meet it and show the evidence.

Do you provide audit evidence?

Yes. Completion tracking and compliance reporting record who was assigned which training, when they finished and which policy version they acknowledged, plus phishing simulation results. You export the report per person, with dates, when the auditor asks.

Can we upload our own policy training?

Yes. Paste your policy or legal script into Content Studio and turn on word-for-word mode: Livvy will not rewrite it. A person on your team approves it before anyone is assigned it, and assignments stay pinned to the approved version. You can also import your own SCORM content.

Does it work with our LMS?

Yes. Learners can watch in the Living Security employee experience, or you export any module as a SCORM package for your own LMS, with branding, captions and the quiz included.

Which languages are available?

The library is available in dozens of languages, and Content Studio adds up to 10 languages per request, with dubbed video or translated captions and a review step before anything is assigned.

How is this different from checkbox training?

Checkbox training stops at completion. Living Security covers the requirement first, then aims training at the people whose behavior drives risk through playbooks, and shows whether risk went down. Organizations in the 2026 Human Risk Report spent 68% less time in a risky state after targeted action, and the share of risky users fell 25–30% in the first six months.
