Scorecards & Vigilance: Unleashing the Power of Your Workforce for a More Secure Future
Traditional security programs often focus on checking boxes and meeting compliance requirements. This leaves organizations vulnerable and employees disengaged. This session, designed for security awareness and training professionals will explore a new approach that shifts the focus from passive engagement to active participation in improving security culture beyond the confines of the security department. Uncover how employee risk scorecards and rewarding vigilance will help reduce human risk led cyberattacks.
Nick was introduced to Living Security in 2019 as a client, utilizing the physical escape rooms for culture enhancement. After seeing the qualitative value of escape rooms, internal marketing, and security team brand development it was clear that a way to quantify these efforts was needed.
Today, Nick leads the strategy of our client success team as we guide our clients down this same path. His goal is to enable and empower our clients to utilize Unify to measure culture growth, identify and educate high-value employee groups, and eventually develop a culture of risk ownership.
In his free time, Nick coaches youth hockey, enjoys traveling, and is in the throes of training a new puppy with his fiancée.
