As a Support & Implementation Engineer, you’ll help our enterprise customers move from detection and response to prediction and prevention — delivering smooth implementations, seamless integrations, and world-class technical support across our AI-native Human Risk Management platform.
You’ll work hands-on with customers and internal teams to activate, integrate, and optimize Living Security solutions — helping organizations predict and prevent workforce risk in the AI era.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, partners, and internal teams — solving challenges across identity, data ingestion, and integrations.
Support enterprise IT and security teams in configuring access management, provisioning, and data pipelines.
Own the setup and deployment of Living Security’s phishing simulation and behavioral analytics products.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to design onboarding plans that accelerate customer time-to-value.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues, leveraging automation, scripting, and AI-assisted tools for fast resolution.
Continuously refine internal playbooks, knowledge bases, and automation flows that enhance support quality and speed.
Share learnings, build scalable processes, and help shape the technical culture as Living Security grows.
5+ years in a technical support, integration, or implementation role within a SaaS environment.
Experience with identity and authentication frameworks (Okta, Azure AD, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP).
Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and data transformation tools (e.g., Logstash, NiFi, Talend).
Familiarity with email infrastructure (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), mail gateways, and phishing simulation setup.
Strong communication skills — able to translate technical details into clear, actionable guidance.
Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort experimenting with AI and automation tools.
Passion for solving complex problems and improving the customer experience.
Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Elastic Stack).
Basic scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Background in cybersecurity, identity management, or risk platforms.
