On the Living Security Training Tool, users can take and complete assignments for points to compete amongst each other and climb up the leaderboard. The leaderboard is also a great tool to incentivize Campaigns and drive user engagement.
There are two leaderboards available:
- Overall Leaderboard
- Campaign Leaderboard
Campaign Leaderboard Breakdown
To download the Campaign Leaderboard Breakdown, head over to the Campaigns Tab in Analytics, locate the Campaign you wish to download and click on the 3 vertical dots in the "More" column.
The Campaign Leaderboard Breakdown will have the following Columns of Data for the Campaign you selected:
- User
- Email Address
- Rank
- Total Points (Content Points + Badge Points)
- Content Points
- Badge Points
- Early Bird
- A-Team
- Raining Stars
- Feedback Royal
- Date/Time of Completion
- Modules Completed
If two or more users have the same amount of points, the ranking will be determined by the Time of Completion.
At this time, only the Campaign Leaderboard can be downloaded. You can view the Overall Leaderboard in the Dashboard as shown in the following screenshot:
The leaderboard will show the top 10 positions + your position - only if your position is not in the top 10.
