Teams: CyberEscape Online - What Support do Participants get During Gameplay?

Participants have a few branches of support during our CyberEscape Online experience.

  • Access to "Audio & Video Options" which will bring up a settings screen if you are needing to fix your input and output for your Camera and Microphone.

  • ADA complaint features available through the ADA icon in the bottom right corner.

    • Once clicked, participants will be presented with these settings:

  • Ability to live chat with us if participants run into any technical difficulties or have questions. Chat is available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 6PM CST.
