Hide Score Factors (Insights) from being displayed:

You can request that certain Score Factors are not displayed in the right panel of the scorecard dashboard. Hiding Score Factors will not prevent them from impacting the behavior score.

• If you want to remove Score Factors (insights) from the Behavior Score calculation, please review the Behavior Score customization article. Once the insights are removed from the Behavior Score, the corresponding Score Factors will be removed from Scorecard Dashbords.
• If you are hiding factors that are still impacting the Behavior Score, we recommend hiding the numerical behavior score on the scorecard dashboard as the presented Score Factors will not calculate correctly with the base line value to equal the displayed Behavior Score.

• Behavior Score calculation explanation just above "See how score is calculated"
  DEFAULT:The Behavior Score (0-100) is calculated daily based on security-related actions over the past 90 days. It increases with positive behaviors like training completion and decreases with risky behaviors like phishing link clicks. This score depends on users' daily activities and surfaces how they contribute to the organization's overall security posture.

• Custom images per category

• Logo displayed in top left corner

Rollout/functional changes

• On Manager's scorecard, My Team view: Hide lower My Team section to prevent detailed view of direct reports' individual details 

• Disable flyout on end user dashboard

• Setup only manager dashboards or only end user
