If you are running into problems while joining a session, read the following troubleshooting tips:

🔈 If you do not allow access to your microphone and speaker, or if your internet speed fails a database test, you will not be able to join the Teams: CyberEscape Online experience.
🔁 Please refresh your browser or try another supported browser if problems persist. The following could also have negative effects on your Teams: CyberEscape Online experience:
- Having VPN turned on
- Having pop-up blockers enabled
- Using ZScaler
- Outdated Internet Browser
