How to Join Teams: CyberEscape Online

If you are running into problems while joining a session, read the following troubleshooting tips:

💻 Supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge


🔈 If you do not allow access to your microphone and speaker, or if your internet speed fails a database test, you will not be able to join the Teams: CyberEscape Online experience. Participant Settings-Initial_Audio Failed@2x

🔁 Please refresh your browser or try another supported browser if problems persist. The following could also have negative effects on your Teams: CyberEscape Online experience:

  • Having VPN turned on
  • Having pop-up blockers enabled
  • Using ZScaler
  • Outdated Internet Browser
