You can add your logo to Teams through the Global Settings. Currently, logo size maximum is 205px / 80px.
- From any page, go to your Account Information by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Global Settings from the drop down.
- Scroll down to Logo box and click Upload New Logo
