Client Communication - Email Delivery

    Living Security sends emails from a few standard email domains. If you are not receiving expected communication from us, they are likely getting quarantined.

    Here is how you can resolve this:

    • Add the from address to your address book. Here are email addresses we typically send from:
      • info@livingsecurity.com
      • community@livingsecurity.com
      • clientsuccess@livingsecurity.com
      • noreply@livingsecurity.com
      • help@livingsecurity.com
        • Request from your IT/Email team to add our domain, livingsecurity.com, and our email tool's domain, hubspot.com, to your allowlist.

        If delivery is still blocked, request from your IT/Email team to allowlist:

        • Hubspot's email delivery IP addresses (customer newsletters and product updates):
