Our Campaign Builder can be used in a variety of ways to deliver cybersecurity human risk management training. For each use case, we will go over examples, the strategy behind the use case, and a potential campaign outline.

💻 Annual Security Awareness Training

Two example of this use case would be for compliance items at an organization level or regulatory certificate training.

Strategy:
📌 Deliver all content at once to each individual user
📌 Include a Training Series to meet requirements
📌 Assign a near-term due date
📌 Leverage Role-Based variations

Potential Campaign Outline:

  • Dynamic Audiences with Specific Dates
    • Toggle on "Assign past content"
  • Start Date "March 1st" - All Content Assigned
  • All Content Due after 30 Days
  • Assigned Notification - On
  • Due Date Notification - 5 Days Before Due
  • Past Due Notification - 3 Days Past , 3 Repetitions, Every 3 Days

Two examples of this use case are covering general security topics and meeting year-long engagement goals.

Note: If using LS Phish Tool, structure the below as Dynamic tied to the auto-created audience of those that failed the Phish campaign

📌 Plan a way to acknowledge success, such as a Completion Certificate

📚 Training Resource

An example of this use case is after sending information about a breach or security topic via email, you want the end user to be able "learn more." Another use case is to be able to provide a library of content for those to self-serve.

Strategy:
📌 Make training readily available for self-learning
📌 Provide a training resource that can referenced by other channels
📌 Title the campaign for how you want it used for example:

  • Password Management Library
  • Option Training for Fun!

Potential Campaign Outline for Training Resource:

  • Day 1 - All content pertaining to one topic is added
  • Dynamic Audience with Relative Dates
    • Assign as optional
    • Expiration Date set for when you want content to no longer be available
