🛠️1. Create a module to house your own content

To build a module with your own content use this Custom Module Request Form.
Just changing the image displayed to the end users? Use this form: Custom Module Request - Display Only

⛔ Note: Multiple images sizes are required when replacing dashboard images, and some will have the module title and other content details overlaid. If you submit an image with text, please be sure it will not overlap.

🗂️ 2. Organize content into a bundle/course

Organize your created content or Living Security content into a bundle/course using our  Bundle Request Form. 
If you are requesting new assets to be created as part of this bundle, please review file-type requirements below.

FAQs

❓How long will it take to create the requested custom content?

  • Most custom requests are completed within five business days, and will be available in your Living Security Catalog (only visible in your account of course). 

❓What file types do you accept?

  • Images
  • Video content
    • Supported file type: MP4
    • Max size: 1000 MB
    • If no video thumbnail is provided, a still image from the middle of the video is automatically used
  • Captions
  • Documents
    • Supported file type: PDF
    • Dimensions: In order to support dynamic image resizing for end users, standard portrait or landscape PDFs must follow standard dimensions.
      • Multipage PDFs are paginated requiring end user to select Next between pages
    • Hyperlinks:  Hyperlinks on PDFs are assigned to an area on the document. Due to screen resolution variations, the highlighted clickable area may not be in the intended area for end users. We recommend using only one hyperlink per page and selecting the entire page as the area for the hyperlink. 
    • PDFs should be grouped as they are going to be used and saved as an individual file. 

❓Will you create my assessment?

  • We do not create assessments. Specify an assessment template anywhere you want a custom assessment in your course. After your content is created, you can edit the assessment template by following these steps: How to edit an assessment.

❓Can I give you translations?

  • We can accept translations of video captions in our supported languages. Files must be saved as .vtt and should contain our standard language abbreviations in the title. View supported languages and standard abbreviations.
  • We can accept translations of slides in our support languages. Files must be saved as a PDF and should contain our standard language abbreviations in the title. View supported languages and standard abbreviations.
  • We can not accept translations of assessments. However, we can machine translate an assessment for you, and apply changes to the translation once you review. Here are the steps:
    • Edit a Living Security assessment or start from scratch editing the Assessment Template module
    • If requesting a custom bundle, note on the sheet any personalized modules that need to be translated.
    • Note: Requested translations can extend the standard turnaround of five business days
  • To provide feedback / minor edits to translations, please screen shot the original with the correction. Here is a template you can use.
