Training Platform - How do I turn on Manager Summary Email Notifications?
You can toggle on and off email notifications to be sent to users' managers through your Settings in the Training Platform.
- Navigate to the Campaign Settings tab in the Settings section along the left hand side of the screen.
- Toggle on the option to send a summary of assignments to a participant's direct manager.
- If you choose to toggle on the option to show a rolled up report, the report sent will show the status of the participant, rather than the status of each individual assignment associated with the participant.
- Select which statuses you would like to include. If a manager does not have any participants that match the selected status(es), a summary email will not be sent. The options to include are:
- Complete
- Underway
- Not Started
- Overdue
- Select the frequency of Manager Summary Emails, either daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Choose which Active Campaigns should be included in the emails.
