Training Platform - How do I turn on Manager Summary Email Notifications?

You can toggle on and off email notifications to be sent to users' managers through your Settings in the Training Platform.

  1. Navigate to the Campaign Settings tab in the Settings section along the left hand side of the screen.
  2. Toggle on the option to send a summary of assignments to a participant's direct manager.
  3. If you choose to toggle on the option to show a rolled up report, the report sent will show the status of the participant, rather than the status of each individual assignment associated with the participant.
  4. Select which statuses you would like to include. If a manager does not have any participants that match the selected status(es), a summary email will not be sent. The options to include are:
    1. Complete
    2. Underway
    3. Not Started
    4. Overdue
  5. Select the frequency of Manager Summary Emails, either daily, weekly, or monthly.
  6. Choose which Active Campaigns should be included in the emails.
