Unify: Lenses
Need a way to filter identities by risk level, insights, and/or impact modifiers? Want to group user segments to see their combined Human Risk Index (HRI) and key areas of risk? Then Lenses are for you! Lenses allow you to filter all of the Unify interfaces to the identities meeting any of the following criteria:
Segment(s)
Risk Level(s)
Insight(s)
Impact Modifier(s)
To learn how to create Lenses, please visit this Support Garden article.
Training: New Authentication Flow
Logged in lately? You may have noticed the new authentication screen. To eliminate confusion for clients with single sign-on (SSO) enabled, the new authentication screen first asks for an email address.
If the email account is setup for SSO, then you are automatically logged into the platform. If not, you will be asked to enter your password. Easy peasy.
Training: LMS Gateway Passing Grade
Launching our content through your LMS using LMS Gateway file download? Now you have more functionality with Passing Grade!
LMS Gateway files now respect Passing Grade settings from your Training Platform.
To turn on, go to your campaign settings on the platform. Scroll to the bottom of the page, turn on Required Passing Grade toggle, and set the passing percentage.
Once turned on, all of your LMS Gateway files will require a passing grade to complete. Note: All LMS's are not made the same. Please test this functionality.
You've asked for it and now it's here! The new randomized scenarios feature allows you to create a phishing campaign with one or many scenarios. When building a campaign, simply select the scenario(s) you want to be part of the campaign under "Phishing Scenarios".
If multiple scenarios are selected, they'll be randomly paired to target users for that campaign as evenly as possible. For example, a campaign set with a target user group of 300 people AND 3 scenarios chosen will be distributed as follows:
100 people get scenario 1
100 people get scenario 2
100 people get scenario 3
To see the results of the campaign by scenario, simply select the scenario name under the "Phishing Scenarios" section of the report.
The report results will be filtered by the selected scenario. It's that simple!
