Unify: Scorecard Preview

Program owners can now preview individual scorecards within the Unify platform. From the an identity’s page, you can click Preview scorecard email for that user, including the identity’s HRI, their top Risky Insights, and how they compare to the rest of the organization.

Training: Content Preview

Need more details about a training module? Want to download select content as MP4s for internal communications? These new content preview updates are just what you're looking for.

To get more information about a piece of training content, click on the content from the Preview view.  Right next to Get Started, you will see a More Info button.  Clicking this button will open a new browser tab to the Support Garden, providing more details about the training content.

MP4 Download

Our newest content (Security Snaps and Cyber Socials) and our trailers are designed for internal communication distribution, so you can now download these videos directly from your platform Catalog!  Click the down arrow from the List or Preview view to download the file as an MP4.

Note: MP4 downloads are for internal use only.  Use these files to promote your program and content to employees for better engagement.

Training: Manager Summary Notifications

Manager Summary Notifications will no longer be sent based on Assignment notifications being sent to participants with managers.  Manager Summary Notifications will now be triggered by:

• Due Date Approaching Notifications being sent to participants with managers
• Past Due Notifications being sent to participants with managers

In addition, Manager Summary Notifications will be delivered on the selected frequency (i.e., Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

Teams CyberEscape Online: Book for Team

Clients like you have been asking to give department leads and, well everyone, the ability to register others into their session, and now they can! The registration page now has "Book for Team" available!

When an end user is registering for a Teams experience, they will see a new option, Book for Team:

The end user can register others for this session by adding their email address.  

Once completed, they will click Register Team, and each person will receive the standard registration confirmation email which includes the session link, along with cancelation and rescheduling links. Review the entire end user registration process

*New Content*: Cyber Social

The Cyber Social Collection consists of four short and trendy videos aimed at promoting a robust security culture. You can download them as MP4 files directly from the platform or on the Support Garden. Utilize these videos in internal newsletters, instant messaging communications, and other channels.
