Unify: Activities Details
Need more details about your data integrations within Unify? New Activities views now provide details about each integration, including the date and count of each activity. These Activities views are available on the Insights and Identities views within Unify.
Training: Notification Enhancements
Launching annual training or optional training campaigns? These new features will help streamline your setup and administration.
Ad-hoc Custom Notifications
Now you can reach your training campaign participants outside the campaign timeline!
View all campaign participants in the Campaign Details page (accessible through Campaign Builder or Analytics)
Check off participants
Select the custom email you'd like to send them
TIP! Filter by Overdue status to quickly send a reminder!
Email Delivery Log for Content Notifications
It can be difficult to keep track of automated content notifications being sent to your end users, especially for Dynamic campaigns leveraging end-user specific timelines. Now you can confirm delivery of all Content Notifications:
New Audiences added to a Dynamic Specific Date Campaign are joining in on a calendar-based timeline. What happens to the content that was assigned prior to their drop in date? Do they need to be completed or should the new participants just move forward with everyone else? Now, you can decide in Campaign Builder!
Toggle on "Drop in Audience" and missed assignments will be assigned.
Toggle off "Drop in Audience" and missed assignments will remain ignored
Passwordless Assignments
Need to assign training, but users are struggling to login? You can now enable Passwordless Assignments and users will be able to access their training through assignment notification emails without signing in! Simply go to Campaign Settings and check off Passwordless Assignments!
How are we doing this?
We have changed the links in the notification emails to go directly to the assignment for the user receiving the notification. Passwordless Assignment functionality will only skip authentication if that link is used to access the Training Platform.
Note: Custom notifications templates created more than two months ago may have embedded links that will still require login even after enabling Passwordless Assignments. Please schedule time with Support if you are enabling Passwordless Assignments and are using custom content notifications.
Unassign Training
Whoops! Accidentally add the wrong person to a campaign? Now, when you exclude a person from an audience tied to an active campaign, all assignments will be removed.
Search for their name in an Audience
Add them to the Exceptions list
Verify they are set to Always Deny
NOTE:Removing them from the audience will remove all assignment data associated to them from all active campaigns tied to that audience. This includes previously completed content.
Training: Feedback Graph
Want to know how the audience rated your training content? A new Feedback page has been added to the Analytics section to see content ratings. Use this feedback to improve future campaigns with content that is resonating with your audience.
Teams Platform: Scheduling Buffer Time
Adding a new session in Teams: CyberEscape Online? You can now add a Buffer Time from 0 to 30 minutes in 5 minute increments for your session. This will change the total time for scheduling purposes including your end users' calendar invites. The gameplay time will remain unchanged.
Content: Campaign Templates
