HRMCon 2023: Call for Presentations

Using Living Security's products to solve unique business challenges?  We want you to present at HRMCon 2023: Risky Business!

Each year, the virtual Human Risk Management Conference (HRMCon) brings cybersecurity thought leaders and practitioners to present topics about continuously evolving the power of behavior change in mitigating risks. This year’s half-day conference takes place on Thursday, June 22, 2023, and our theme is “Risky Business.”

Please consider presenting or participating in a panel virtually! Just fill out this form by March 31, 2023 and let us know.  

Unify: Human Risk Index

It's here!  Yes, Unify's Human Risk Index (HRI) score is now available.

Based on our patent-pending algorithm, Unify now calculates HRI scores for Users, Segment, and the Organization.  The score is based on a 1,000 point scale; 0 is the most risky and 1,000 is the most vigilant.  The score is published on the new dashboard (see below), segments, and identities views.

Taking action on risk requires knowing where to begin and then prioritizing your actions! Unify's recent enhancement to the dashboard makes that easier right as you login. 

Human Risk Index

The HRI score is an indicator of your overall human risk across the organization. Trend graphs show you both your HRI and Identity Distribution over customizable time periods. 

Risky Segments

The HRI score allows you to identify the most risky segments within your organization . The top five most risky segments are displayed, allowing you to dig deeper into each segment. 

Monitored Insights

Have you identified the key behaviors that you want to change within your organization? Great! Monitored Insights allows you to "pin" those behaviors directly to the dashboard.  By customizing the dashboard to your organization, you can quickly see which behaviors are impacting your HRI score the most.

Teams: Searchable Storylines

Building a Campaign in Teams, but there are too many storylines to page through?  Now, just start typing what you're looking for and we'll narrow down your list.

Phish: Training Audience Integration 2.0

We have expanded our Audience integration between Living Security Training and Living Security Phish.  Automatically populate Groups in Phish from Audiences in Training. This new enhancement allows Training's User Management and Audiences to be the primary system to manage Users and Groups in Phish.  No more group management multiple times within one platform.

To enable this feature, go into Account Settings and turn on the Living Security Phish integration.

After the integration is enabled, the Phishing Audience sync feature is a one-click, manual step to convert your Training Audience into a Phishing Target User Group and will will automatically add/remove audience members coming from Training into Phish.

Content: The Cyber Race

The Cyber Race consists of one foundational module introducing the concept of digital identity and four modules covering specific aspects of digital identity in more detail. Topics include cryptocurrency, NFTs, crypto wallets, deep fakes, and security in virtual reality/the metaverse.

Available on Training as a Series or Independent Modules and on CyberEscape Online as a Teams experience.

These short, remediatory videos cover specific actions taken by end users and tracked by Unify.  Released as prototypes, this content covers the following topics:

• Phishing
• Password Managers
• Credentials Online

There will be more Snaps to come throughout the year—both on the Training platform for assignment and in downloadable MP4 format on the Support Garden.  Please note: view/completion metrics are unavailable once video is downloaded from Support Garden.
