As temperatures rise, specifically in our hometown of Austin, so does the value of the enhancements we're delivering. 😎 The Living Security Product and Engineering teams have been working tirelessly to get out all of the features and enhancements you need to have the best Cyber Security Awareness Month yet!

Last month, we improved usability. This month, we will give sneak peaks at improved end user experiences on Teams and Training as well as enhanced user permissions. Both are important functionality as we all work towards our busy season! All features and enhancements referenced in this email will be available to all users by the end of July. Enjoy! 💫

Training End-User Dashboard

We're upgrading the user dashboard! 💁 Yes, it's stunning but we think you'll love the usability even more. With this redesign users will be able to...

• Easily identify assignments that are required versus optional.
• Understand which of their assignments are due next with our new quick reference text.
• Preview assignments before diving in. 
• See all of their assignments in one place or view them by Campaign.
• And more!

Teams Video Background Blur

In Teams: CyberEscape Online, participants will soon be able to blur the background around them during sessions. 🕶️

We’re excited to launch this new feature as it adds another layer of privacy for those who wish to keep their surroundings private and allow everyone to focus on the task at hand.

Teams Collaborator Role

We've created a new user role in Teams called "Collaborator." Soon, Collaborators will be able to take part in gameplay as moderators as well as have limited functionality as an account administrator. 👩‍💻

For all Campaigns that Collaborators are associated with, they will be able to...

• Add, edit, and delete sessions
• Pause, mute, and assign leaders 
• Invite participants
• Create leaderboards

We're hoping this new role will allow you to delegate tasks more effectively than before and make it easier for your team members to use the tool without having full access. 👍⚡

Training Test Campaigns

You can now create a "test campaign" to see how content is displayed and make sure your notifications meet expectations. We've heard from many of you the importance of sharing content with other departments to review and approve. Now you can do so without impacting leaderboard, reporting or analytics. 😱

If there are any issues with how the content is displayed or how things are set up, you can go back and fix them before they go live.

The Cyber Race - Our long awaited series The Cyber Race 🏁 is now available to all clients that have the Cybersecurity Awareness Month package. If you haven't already, reach out to your Client Success Manager to see how you can get access to this cutting edge series.
