Unify: Event Data Import Options

Populate this CSV template with event data and submit via Support or API to update Unify insights.

In addition to data integrations, Unify can ingest data via CSV upload to API. Here are the steps to upload event data to Unify:

Note: Workflows will take action on imported data. Consider disabling any workflow associated to insights impacted by your import.

Update template

  1. Download this template CSV file
  2. Fill in your data following the exact column format shown
  3. Required fields must be populated for successful import
  4. Use ISO 8601 format for timestamps (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ)
  5. Ensure email addresses are valid and properly formatted
  6. Save your file as CSV format before submitting  

Submission Options

  1. Push events via CSV to the Custom Unify Events API
    1. Complete the CSV template
    2. Schedule time with a Living Security Implementation Specialist to ensure mapping and insight detection impact is as expected
    3. Submit via UnifySimpleCSVConverter as the custom converted 
  2. API not established? Need a one-time upload?  Submit your CSV to Living Security Support. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
