What is an Action Plan?

An Action Plan allows you to generate a report tracking a group of Identities and their associated behaviors over a period of time, typically to understand if engaging with those identities impacts their behavior. 

 The Action plan view is where you can find a table of all of your created Action Plans. The creation of action plans will take place outside of this view within Unify's Dashboard or Insights views. 

Action Plan Creation: 

Once you have identified a group of users to engage with you are ready to create an Action Plan. You can create action plans from any area that shows you an Identity table.

1. Once you select Create Action Plan, you will need to designate what type of Action Plan you would like to create. The three options currently supported are:
   1. Training - using integration with Living Security Training you can manage a content campaign that is launched directly from within the Living Security LMS.
   2. Phishing Campaign - using integration with Living Security Phish you can create a risk-based phishing scenario that is launched directly from within the Living Security Phish Tool.
      1. If you're not using Living Security Phish, you can create a downloadable list of identities to leverage in your own phishing tool, track the point in time when you engaged with these users, and notate what behaviors you hope to track moving forward. 
   3. Custom - this allows you to take action elsewhere and track the point in time when you engaged with the users and what behaviors you hope to track moving forward.
