Training Platform - How to set up Policy Acceptance or an Attestation

To enable policy acceptance and attestation within the Living Security platform, start by selecting one of the available template modules in your Living Security content catalog, as pictured here:

1. Template – Policy Acceptance and Attestation (via Link)

  • Click the heart icon to add this template to your content.

  • You can then customize the module hyperlinking directly to your organization’s policy.

2. Sample – Policy Acceptance and Attestation (with PDF)

  • This sample shows what a PDF-based policy acceptance module looks like.

  • Please note: the PDF in this sample cannot be edited on the platform.

  • If you'd like to use your own policy PDF, please follow the steps in our Custom Content article to submit a request for your document to be added to a module.
