Training Platform - How to Give Admin Access

In order to provide admin access on the Training Platform, please take the following actions:

  1. Search for the user(s) whose access you would like to change
  2. Click the edit box on the left
  3. Select the appropriate access option(s) via the Set Access option


This process is also how to add admin access to either Phish or Unify, if those are relevant products!

⛔ Please Note: If multiple access levels should be given, all access levels should be selected when adjusting access, as updates replace what was previously selected.


In addition to the admin access levels for relevant products, you will see the option to provide "Training Demo" access. This option provides access to view the Catalog within the Training Platform. This is a great option in order to provide access to participants who are assisting with content review but should not be given full admin access!
