Training Platform - How do I download data for deactivated users?

Training completion data can be downloaded from the Participant Training. That report defaults to showing those active as of TODAY.


To capture data for employees active prior to today, adjust the filter to a date that the user was active. The download will then contain the user and their completion data.

Use the CUSTOM RANGE and select a range of one day, pictured here:

Note: When using CUSTOM RANGE, the system is being asked for a snapshot of each day in that range. Selecting multiple days typically results in a "file is too big" error for download.
