The purpose of this article is to provide a glossary that defines key terms and ensures consistent interpretation across Advanced Reports.

Phishing Activity Stats for Users

Total Campaigns

The total number of phishing simulation campaigns launched to this target user during the specified period.

Not Responded Campaigns

The total number of phishing simulation campaigns launched to this target user during the specified period wherein they are recorded as No Response.

Delivered Campaigns

The total number of phishing simulation campaigns launched to this target user during the specified period wherein the simulation has made it to your mail server, i.e., marked as Delivered in the Campaign Sending Report as reported by your mail server.

Reported Campaigns

The total number of phishing simulation campaigns launched to this target user during the specified period wherein they reported the simulation using the Phishing Reporter Button.

Opened Campaigns

The total number of phishing simulation campaigns launched to this target user during the specified period wherein they Opened the simulation.

Total Opened Campaigns

The total number of Opened actions across all campaigns in the specified time period. For example, if a target user opened the simulation once in one campaign but 3 times in another, this value would be 4.

Clicked Campaigns

The total number of phishing simulation campaigns launched to this target user during the specified period wherein they Clicked the simulation.

Total Clicked Campaigns

The total number of Clicked actions across all campaigns in the specified time period. For example, if a target user clicked the simulation once in one campaign but 3 times in another, this value would be 4.

Data Submitted Campaigns

The total number of phishing simulation campaigns launched to this target user during the specified period wherein they submitted data as requested by the simulation. This is relevant to Data Submission method scenarios, e.g., entering credentials.

MFA Submitted Campaigns

The total number of phishing simulation campaigns launched to this target user during the specified period wherein they submitted a MFA value as requested by the simulation. This is relevant to MFA method scenarios.

Attachment Opened Campaigns

The total number of phishing simulation campaigns launched to this target user during the specified period wherein they submitted data as requested by the simulation. This is relevant to Attachment method scenarios.

Only Opened Emails

Users who only opened the email and didn't go further, such as clicking the link.

Only Clicked Links

Users who opened the email and then clicked the link and didn't go further, such as data submission.

Opened Emails

Users who opened emails. It doesn't matter if user clicked the link or submitted any data.

Clicked Links

Users who opened and then clicked the link. It doesn't matter if the user submitted any data.
