Data Integration Guide - KnowBe4 KMSAT Reporting
KnowBe4's Reporting API, for Platinum and Diamond customers, lets you import KSAT console data into Unify. This enables Unify to analyze user events and generate human risk indicators based on behavior.
- Create a Reporting API Token
- Enter the values into Unify
🔒 Create a Reporting API Token

From your KSAT console, click your email address at the top-right corner of the page and select Account Settings.

Navigate to Account Integrations > API.

Under Reporting API, click the Enable Report API Access check box.

Click Reporting API. The Reporting API subtab will open.

At the top-right corner of the Reporting API subtab, click + Create New API Token.

Fill out the fields on the Create New API Token page. For more information, see the screenshot and list below:

Name: In this field, enter a descriptive name for this API token.

Status: Enable or disable the API token.

Click Create Token. The Reporting API Token pop-up window will open.

Click the Reporting API token to copy the token. Make sure to save your copied API token somewhere that you can easily access. After you close this window, you will not be able to view this token again.

Click OK.
🛠️ Enter the values into Unify
From the administrative view in Unify:

Select Integrations.

Find Knowbe4 KMSAT Client and click +Add.

Name the integration appropriately and choose the Pull from remote API option.

Click Add Integration.

Enter the previously generated API Key and Host:

Accounts on the US server (located at training.knowbe4.com) must use the Base URL of us.api.knowbe4.com.

Accounts on the EU server (located at eu.knowbe4.com) must use eu.api.knowbe4.com.

Accounts on the CA server (located at ca.knowbe4.com) must use ca.api.knowbe4.com.

Accounts on the UK server (located at uk.knowbe4.com) must use uk.api.knowbe4.com.

Accounts on the DE server (located at de.knowbe4.com) must use de.api.knowbe4.com.

Click Save.
