Teams: CyberEscape Online - Email invites are not being received or delayed


The invite is sent automatically once you add a Host or Admin or invite participants to a session. Since the email invite is generated and emailed by our platform, it may be tagged as spam and trapped in your corporate filters. This can cause the email to be delayed or stopped while processing through your organization's security filters.

Consult your organization's security team to check if the email you're expecting has been caught or delayed in quarantine or marked as spam. If it's been blocked for any reason, we kindly ask you to ensure that our sending IPs in the SendGrid section of this guide are added to the allow list in all of your email security tools. This will help ensure you receive the emails you need from us.
