Data Integration Guide - Workday RaaS

Unlike a standard API integration, Workday offers the RaaS functionality. The Report as a Service nests a report built by your Workday admin behind an endpoint, allowing us to hit that endpoint and pull the necessary data.

Required Data Points

The Workday RaaS is extremely flexible per company, and you will be able to work directly with your HR team on ensuring that the valuable data points that you need are included within the report.

The report is an identity profile report that contains aliases, segment data, and impact modifier declarations so that Unify is able to use these values to build and resolve comprehensive identity profiles.
There is no strict schema for the report, and a Technical Solutions Engineer will be available to meet with your Workday admins to agree on file format and transmission.
