This article covers the credential generation process for Proofpoint TAP.

Granting Access

A Proofpoint API Key can be generated in the Threat Insight / TAP Dashboard under Settings (cogwheel) -> Connected Applications

  1. Click "Create New Credential"
  2. Enter a Name and click "Generate"
  3. In the popup window, save the Service Principal and the Secret values
