🔒Granting Access 

🔍 Locate the CID 

The CID is your LastPass account number, which is located on the adoption 

dashboard of the new Admin Console. 

1. Log in to the Admin Console. If prompted, complete steps for MFA (if it is enabled on your account). 
2. On the Dashboard tab, the CID (= the account number) is located at the top of the page, it is preceded by the words "Account number". 
3. Capture the CID to provide to Living Security. 

🔍 Locate the API secret 

The API secret is also known as your provisioning hash, and is only displayed once it has been created. 

1. Log in to the Admin Console.
2. If prompted, complete steps for mfa (if it is enabled on your account). 
3. Go to Advanced > Enterprise API. 
4. Provide your Provisioning Hash to Living Security 
5. If you don’t have/know your Provisioning Hash, Choose from the following options: 
6. If you have not previously created your provisioning hash, click Create provisioning hash > OK 
7. Your provisioning hash is shown at the top of the page. 
8. If you have previously created your provisioning hash but have 
9. since forgotten it, you can generate a new one. 
10. To proceed with creating a new provisioning hash, click Reset your provisioning hash > OK 
11. Your new provisioning hash is shown at the top of the page.

The values Living Security will need to access the API are:

• CID 
• Provisioning Hash (API Secret)
