🔒Granting Access
🔍 Locate the CID
The CID is your LastPass account number, which is located on the adoption
dashboard of the new Admin Console.
- Log in to the Admin Console. If prompted, complete steps for MFA (if it is enabled on your account).
- On the Dashboard tab, the CID (= the account number) is located at the top of the page, it is preceded by the words "Account number".
- Capture the CID to provide to Living Security.
🔍 Locate the API secret
The API secret is also known as your provisioning hash, and is only displayed once it has been created.
❗Warning: If you have already created a provisioning hash, then generating a new one will invalidate the previous hash, and will require you to update all integrations with the newly generated hash.
- Log in to the Admin Console.
- If prompted, complete steps for mfa (if it is enabled on your account).
- Go to Advanced > Enterprise API.
- Provide your Provisioning Hash to Living Security
- If you don’t have/know your Provisioning Hash, Choose from the following options:
- If you have not previously created your provisioning hash, click Create provisioning hash > OK
- Your provisioning hash is shown at the top of the page.
- If you have previously created your provisioning hash but have
- since forgotten it, you can generate a new one.
- To proceed with creating a new provisioning hash, click Reset your provisioning hash > OK
- Your new provisioning hash is shown at the top of the page.
Remember: Be sure to update all integrations that were
