🔒 Granting Access 

The KnowBe4 PhishER API is only available to KnowBe4 Platinum and Diamond customers. 

1. Generate a new API key in your KnowBe4 Account Settings page under the API section. 
2. Copy the token to provide to Living Security

The values Living Security will need to access the API are: 

• API token 
• Hosted Server (US or EU)
