CyberEscape Online Set Up

You will need to complete registration for your CyberEscape Online Platform and the Living Security Support Garden. You should have received two registration emails; one from training@app.livingsecurity.com and one from sara.lundy@livingsecurity.com. If you are unable to access these emails, here are steps to retrigger these registration emails.

For CyberEscape Online - navigate to app.livingsecurity.com, enter your email address, and select "Forgot password?" to resend your admin registration email.

For the Support Garden - submit a registration request here.

Once you have logged into both sites, you can begin your product training. Please watch our CyberEscape Online Product Enablement Video Series. These videos will walk you through the required technical configuration as well as provide full product training to schedule, share, and analyze escape room sessions.

We recommend following along on your CyberEscape Online account and creating your own test campaign and test sessions while you watch the the Product Enablement Video Series. These test sessions will be critical in testing that your whitelisting has been properly completed and your users will have a smooth gameplay experience.
