Director of Client Operations

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated director of client operations who will provide strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability and efficiency of the company’s operations. You will have the opportunity to lead, train and develop departmental KPIs to work toward the larger organizational goals, collaborative working relationships within the organization, and work to identify strategies for automating and streamlining processes and functions.The ideal candidate will be able to successfully manage multiple departments, the day-to-day administration and specialized reporting functions to ensure quality customer relations, lead strategic operations thinking and deliver high quality, cost-effective day-to-day client focused operations for the company.

Who you are…

  • Player/Coach - You are willing to do it all and then grow and lead a team as we grow

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology

  • 5+ years of experience in a management position

  • Ability to plan strategies, organize work functions and improve processes

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to maintain organization and professionalism in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

  • Self-starter who builds rapport and work with people at all levels, both inside and outside of the company

  • Excellent organizational, support and management skills

  • Experience in a technology or SaaS organization

  • Startup background and experience in growing and scaling teams, operations and support is a plus

  • Proven experience in leading and developing individuals and teams

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Enthusiasm, a sense of humor and a focus on supportive collaboration are huge pluses

  • Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities and articulate decisions and tradeoffs

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • A high level of curiosity and desire to solve problems

  • Excited to learn new technologies
